Pastor Joshua Miller, of Springfield, WV, serves as Springfield Assembly of God’s Music Director and worship leader.  Along with the worship team, he leads Springfield’s congregation with a special anointing, and into the Presence of our Lord and Savior through vibrant praise and reverent worship.  It is his desire, as well as the praise team’s, to cultivate an authentic atmosphere of worship for the purpose of ushering in God’s sweet and holy presence.

 
“It is my heart’s desire to use my giftings to bring glory to God, giving Him all praise through serving Him, every day, with every part of my life.  I have been blessed beyond all measure!” Pastor Josh affirms of his life journey in Christ and in music.   He has had the opportunity to travel throughout the USA with Alderson-Broaddus University’s semi-professional show choir, “The West Virginians”.  His journey has allowed him to record a few albums: two were personal projects and for the other album, he had the privilege of recording with the nationally recognized southern gospel group, “The Cathedrals”.  Pastor Joshua has participated in local and national talent competitions, including American Idol.  

Pastor Joshua has attended Springfield Assembly since his birth in 1976 and feels very blessed to have the opportunity to raise his children, Lincoln Asay and Channing Grace, in the same atmosphere that has been so instrumental in nurturing his personal spiritual walk.   Pastor Joshua is employed by the Hampshire County Board of Education and serves as a high school counselor.  He enjoys making memories with his family, laughing, reading, and developing new personal and spiritual skills!
